OUR “NO WRONG ANSWERS” RETURN POLICY

Just like in math, mistakes are part of learning. If your purchase doesn’t add up, you can subtract it from your closet and return or exchange it within 14 days of your purchase. 

If something isn't quite right, we're here to help, but please check these few things:

• Got your order number? We'll need your original order number to help with any returns.
• 14 days to decide! You have 14 days from when you bought your item to send it back.
• Keep it new, please! The clothes need to be unworn, unwashed, and still have all their tags attached.

A quick note about sales: If you bought something at a special reduced price, it's a final sale, and we can't accept returns for those items.

How to send it back:
It's super easy to start a return! Just head to our RETURNS PORTAL (you'll find the link at the bottom of our page). Follow the simple steps to submit your return for approval.

• For our friends in the US: We'll take a small fee of $15 USD from your refund for return shipping, and we'll send you a shipping label. If you'd prefer a store credit instead, the shipping cost will be less – just $10 USD, and we'll still give you a shipping label.
• For our international friends: You'll be in charge of arranging and paying for the return shipping. To make sure your items get back to us safely, we really recommend using a shipping service that provides tracking.
